THE NEW NORMAL AT SALON 112
We have undertaken a thorough review of our Beauty Salon and Services during the Pandemic.
We have arranged the salon space to adhere to social distancing guidelines where possible.
Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment.
All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service.
All team member are trained to care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
We have agreed social distancing for our team in communal staff areas.
Staff have been briefed to not attend the salon if they have a temperature or are feeling unwell or if any person in their household is unwell or is self isolating.
Our Professional Services
We have reviewed our service menu and removed any that we feel are unsafe at this time.
Our team will wear, gloves, masks, face shields and aprons, when providing the appropriate treatment. All team members will wash their hands before and after every client interaction.
Client Arrival and Reception
Clients will be asked to pre book appointments.
We will leave sanitising gaps between each client.
Clients must minimise what they bring as you will be asked to keep all belongings with you.
We ask that clients attend their appointments alone.
We ask you, our clients to;
Arrive at the time agreed.
Please wear a face mask. If you do not have one we can provide one for you at a 50p surcharge.
To wash or sanitise your hands before and after each appointment.
To contact us and re-arrange your appointment if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell, or if anyone in your household is unwell or self isolating.
Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is unwell or self isolating.
We are happy to discuss any of your concerns, please feel free to call the salon or speak with a member of our team.
Booking Appointments and Payments
When booking online you will be asked to pay a deposit, you have the choice of 50% or 100% of the treatment price.
You are not required to have a PayPal account and can use a credit or debit card for the transaction.
You will still be able to book by calling us. Please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Payment within the salon will still be as normal, credit / debit card or cash.
Please note, we require 24 hours notice for cancelation.
Clients who fail to show for an appointment will be asked to pay for the missed appointment before booking in again.
We are having to cut the amount of clients we see each day due to the government guidelines and this will have an effect on our operations, so all no shows have a massive effect on our business. We treat you with the upmost respect and we just ask that you do the same for us, thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: at Salon 112 we have always had a very high standard of hygiene and due to the high level of treatments we carry out, we have always followed all policies and procedure to eradicate any cross contamination within the salon.
